Our Pathways Fund Riders Will Be in the Tour de France!

We are proud to announce that at least one of our Pathways Fund riders will be racing in the Tour de France Femmes on the Mayenne Mobana My Pie team. We are so proud of all of their hard work and dedication, and we can’t wait to cheer them on!

One of Cynisca’s long-term goals has been to have more US women racing in the Tour de France Femmes, and to eventually put an American woman on the podium. We are one step closer to achieving that goal, thanks to every single one of our supporters and donors; we couldn’t have done this without you.

This is a Pathways Fund companion fundraiser to our upcoming fundraising trip for supporters who would like to donate but can’t make it to our fundraising trip.

What is the Pathways Fund?

We created the Pathways fund to support young riders in building a professional career.

• Non-profit approach: supports multiple teams without conflict and prioritizes development over profit.
• Funding: goes directly to partner teams for salaries, travel, and race access.
• Guidance: Cynisca provides team placement support, contract review, and mentorship.
• Riders: U25, primarily U.S., race-ready, and aligned with Cynisca’s ethos: integrity, adaptability, resilience, courage.
• Placement: Club, Continental, and Pro levels (excluding WorldTour).
