A former two-sport Division I athlete, avid cyclist, and outdoor enthusiast, Shauna believes leadership is a sport—one that requires intention, discipline, and continuous improvement. She brings that mindset to her work as an advisor, coach, and builder.

She joined Cynisca Cycling at the invitation of fellow Board member and friend Eleanor Allen, drawn to the team’s commitment to growing women’s cycling and creating pathways for elite athletes to thrive.
