Eleanor Allen is a professional engineer (Jacobs, Arcadis), former CEO (Water For People and B Lab), and two-time founder (Catapult for Change and Flourishing Work Alliance). Over her career she has led global engineering teams, expanded access to clean water and sanitation across Africa, India, and Latin America, and helped advance the global movement for business as a force for good. Today she leads two ventures focused on leadership development and executive coaching, and helping organizations build flourishing workplace cultures.

A lifelong cyclist, Eleanor discovered road cycling at summer camp as a teenager and has been riding ever since. She enjoys road and gravel riding and has participated in ultra-cycling events including RAAM, RAW, and RAD. A longtime fan of professional cycling and experienced board member, Eleanor is passionate about advancing opportunities for women in sport and is proud to support the Cynisca riders and their continued success.
