Cynisca Cycling is providing a platform for women cyclists to be the best in the world. The focus will be on talented, ambitious riders, providing an opportunity for them to develop and grow alongside other young women who all have unique competitive drives and spirits. Cynisca promises our riders support, individual coaching, mentorship, a competitive racing schedule, and an opportunity to train and race amongst the best women in the world.
Behind the scenes, we are predominantly women-run staff, and continuing our commitment to developing female talent in 2025, we have hired a former professional cyclist as an assistant directeur sportif (DS) to mentor and guide our riders. We have also hired one of our retired riders as our new social media manager.
