Former professional cyclist, national champion and long time racer, William is a USAC certified Category 1 (with distinction) cycling coach and UCI Director Sportif with over 15 years experience in managing teams, athlete development and talent scouting.

USA Cycling’s Junior Men’s road manager from 2011-2020, William directed the team to a UCI Junior Mens Nations Cup victory in 2015 with second places earned for the USAC program in 2016 and 2019. DS for two UCI junior men’s world championship winning teams in the TT (2016) and the road race (2019). Many of the athletes that he helped guide are currently professional at the Continental or World Tour level.

William is a two time recipient of the USPOC’s cycling development coach of the year (2016 & 2019) and a graduate of the USPOC’s National Team Coach Leadership Program.
